My Story

I worked in the finance industry for over 30 years as an Analyst, a Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer for firms based in NYC, SF, LA and most recently Washington, DC. I managed and mentored individuals and teams and often worked under trying circumstances with volatile markets and difficult business conditions. While my career as an investment professional was stimulating and challenging, it was also extremely stressful. I had a few mentors over the years, but I would have benefited from having more. I never worked with an executive coach and now, as I reflect back, I wish I had. I am certain I would have accomplished more, and life would have been just a little bit easier. A coach would have supported me during difficult times which would have helped me be more effective and productive at work and would have helped me remember to prioritize self-care which I now realize is priceless. 

In 2023, after I left my last job in finance, I decided to transition to Executive and Life Coaching full-time. I aspire to help people like myself who work hard but struggle with stress in the workplace and balancing work with the desire to live in the present and have a meaningful life. I want to help empower my clients by acting as a non-judgmental sounding board. I want to help them dream big and accomplish their goals. I encourage self-accountability so professionals and individuals can perform at their personal best, reach the milestones they have set for themselves and live a life of fulfillment and inner peace.

Professional Credentials

  • iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC)
    Earners of the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification have satisfactorily completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Coach Training Program consisting of 160 instruction and practice hours and have passed the final exam in accordance with approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements. Earner demonstrates knowledge and proficiency using iPEC's proprietary method of Core Energy Coaching™ and in core competencies outlined by the ICF.

    Coaching Fundamentals
    The certificate represents 30 training hours, a portion of iPEC's Level 2 Coach Training Program. Participants learn and practice 20+ specific, powerful coaching skills; gain a thorough, working understanding of the 7 Levels of Energy and how to leverage them to transform the way someone approaches their life, work, and relationships; and learn the four main types of energetic blocks to help clients work through obstacles and tap into their greatest potential.

    Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
    Earners of the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) training necessary to coach and debrief clients utilizing this researched, proprietary tool. Earners are proficient in the training, experience, and skills to analyze and interpret the data from the ELI Assessment results and partner with clients to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal performance, and growth.
